2022 elections - What do MEPs say about HIV?
Ahead of the 2022 elections, HIV-Sweden, with the help of Novus, contacted 149 members of parliament to find out their attitudes to a number of questions about HIV. The survey was conducted through telephone interviews between August 8 and 23, 2022.
The questions asked were:
Do you think that everyone living with HIV should have the right to peer support through their infectious disease clinic?
As a parliamentary politician, will you vote to strengthen the funding for HIV and STIs as in the adopted autumn budget 2021?
What are your views on the continued criminalization of people living with HIV in Sweden?
