Hiv-Sverige hereby invites representatives from our member associations and all individual members to the annual meeting weekend on April 20 and 21.

Seated lunch at Hotel Amaranten, 11.30-12.30 pm

Organization meeting, 12.30-16.30 pm

Joint dinner, 18.00-21.00 hours

21 April -

Annual meeting, 10.00-14.00 hours

Clarion Hotel Amaranten, Stockholm

By March 10 at the latest to info@hiv-sverige.se

Please let us know your name, any dietary preferences, whether you want to book a hotel room through Hiv-Sverige, and whether you will attend the dinner on April 20.

Practical information:

AGM documents and a detailed agenda will be sent out at least 2 weeks before the meeting.

Each member association is responsible for the travel and accommodation of its delegates, the same applies to an individual member. Hiv-Sverige offers dinner on Saturday and light refreshments on Sunday.
